14 days to change your mind

Tell us clearly that you want to cancel within 14 days after you receive your goods. For an order delivered in separate parcels, the period starts when you receive the last item. You do not need to give a reason. After notifying us, send the goods back without unnecessary delay and within a further 14 days. Include your order number so we can identify the purchase. You do not need our approval to exercise your statutory right to cancel.

These return terms also apply to our customers in the USA as our store policy. Any stronger mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Orders placed under an earlier, more generous return promise keep that promise.

Return shipping: DKK 79

For returns from Denmark, EU countries and the USA, the charge for return shipping arranged through us is DKK 79 per return shipment. Contact us for the return instructions. This amount covers return shipping and is deducted from your refund when you use that service. It is not a restocking or cancellation fee.

You may instead arrange and pay for your own return postage; in that case we do not deduct the DKK 79 charge. Keep proof of posting. Please contact us for the return address before posting. Do not send a parcel to the printer or the dispatch address unless we have confirmed that it accepts returns.

Trying on your item

You may inspect and try on clothing as you would in a shop. You are only responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to examine the item. Wearing or washing it may reduce its value. Missing original packaging or tags does not automatically remove your statutory cancellation right.

Refunds

We refund the amount paid for the returned goods using the original payment method, unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. When you cancel the whole order, we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery. Extra charges for a delivery upgrade are not refunded.

We issue the refund without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after your cancellation notice. We may withhold it until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever comes first. Any justified reduction in value or agreed return-postage charge will be explained.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Email us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us assess it. Your statutory rights are separate from change-of-mind returns. Danish consumer purchases carry a two-year right to complain about defects covered by law. For a valid defect claim, we cover necessary return costs; the DKK 79 return-postage charge does not apply.

Printed clothing and exchanges

Our standard designs remain eligible for cancellation even when printed after you order. Discounted items have the same statutory cancellation rights. For a different size or design, contact us about returning the original item and placing a new order.
