Delivery charges and timing

The available delivery methods, delivery charge and any applicable delivery estimate are shown at checkout before you pay. Timing depends on the product and destination and includes production and transit time where stated. Items may arrive in separate parcels. Tracking is provided when available after dispatch.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can help. For consumer orders, we remain responsible for delivery until you or a person you designate receives the goods, subject to any mandatory legal rules.

Returns are separate from delivery

DKK 79 is our return-shipping charge for Denmark, EU countries and the USA when you use return shipping arranged through us. It is not the price of outbound delivery. You have 14 days after receiving your goods to notify us that you wish to cancel, then a further 14 days to return them.
