Artwork rules and returns

We manually review the artwork before production.

  • Upload only artwork you created or have permission to use.
  • No copied logos or characters, hate content, threats, illegal material, sexual content involving minors or private information about another person.
  • Low-quality files can print badly. We contact you if your file needs replacing.
  • We may reject and refund a design that breaks the rules or cannot be printed.

Because this item is genuinely made to your specifications, the 14-day change-of-mind right normally does not apply. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods are still covered.

Payment is captured before the manual artwork review and production. If we cannot approve the design, we cancel and refund it.
